It's easy to return a product:
- Simply login to your account to request an RMA Number.
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
- We will review your request and we will email you further instructions for where and how to return your product. If you would like to exchange a product, just indicate that and we will send you instructions on how to exchange.
- Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email. It is advisable that you add tracking and insurance to the package for added protection in the event that the carrier loses the package. Bon-Vivant Equestrian cannot be responsible for any packages not received.
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within one to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days if in the USA and longer times if return is being mailed outside of the USA), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

- Original shipping/delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, or incorrect items/sku #'s mistakenly shipped in our error. Please email customer service to arrange these returns.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. For your convenience, a return shipping label can be sent to you and the cost of this label will be deducted from your return. Please email us if you wish to have a return label sent to you.
